Employers and employees have until 28 February 2026 to provide feedback on the UAE's Alternative End-of-Service Savings Scheme through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation's official consultation platform, Sharik.
The consultation page now includes a short questionnaire designed to gather views from both employers and employees.
For HR teams across the UAE private sector and free zones, this is an important opportunity to share practical feedback and make their preferences count before the consultation closes.
Industry participants have been actively discussing topics such as scheme design, provider choice, implementation considerations and the long-term development of the EOSB savings ecosystem.
